The Women & Back Pain Course is made up of six sessions. Each session is delivered delivered weekly on Zoom and lasts for one hour. This is your start to knowing how to take care of your back.
This online group course aims to educate, provide insight into how back pain is a different experience for women. The course get you moving with more confidence and is the start of your back care journey.
Georgina has battled with pain and frequent flare-ups since her diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis. However, since starting treatment at the Back Care Clinic, she has experienced a significant reduction in her symptoms.
My online classes are only available for people who have previous experience of Foundation Training or completed my Back Care Online Course.
These classes are perfect for you if you want to continue working on your back in a small group from the comfort of your own home. As they are online, you can log in from anywhere with an Internet connection, so you don't have to miss a class if you are on holiday or away from home for a few days.
All classes are sold in blocks of 4, each lasting 45 minutes.

Carol Seaborne lives in Kent with her husband Andy, who she has been married to for 30 years. They both share a love of sports and play a lot of sports together, often competing against one another. They have two grown-up daughters who live nearby with their fur babies.
In her free time, Carol enjoys walking her black lab, Scout, and listening to podcasts about pain science, movement or other health and wellness topics. Carol manages her own pain through weight training, cycling and foundation training. She also loves cooking and has finally invested in an air fryer!
